1. HR, Rules, Ord. and Insurance Committee met on Monday, January 8th. Health Insurance and Dental rates for Village employees effective February 1, 2024- no objection; Employee wage increased, no objection. Mayor recommendation to pay 2023 vacation hours to Chief Beeman (66 hours) and Sgt. Newman (64 hours); Discussion on Holiday Pay; No objections for Mayor to call Clemans, Nelson & Assoc. to discuss worker policies.
2. Gazebo Light Fixture Repairs $797.00
3. Resignation of Morgan Wimer (Part-time firefighter) effective 12/29/23; Resignation of James Dunnivan effective 12/18/23 (police officer) and hiring of Zachery Van Voorhis when he has completed the pre-hire process.
