B. RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE ALERNATE FORMULA FOR DISTRIBUTION OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT REVENUE ASSISTANCE FUNDS AS PROPOSED BY THE TUSCARAWAS COUNTY BUDGET COMMISSION AS PRESCRIBED IN SECTION 5747.53 OF THE OHIO REVISED CODE.
