I agree to the following rules for McCluskey Park:

1. Shelters may be reserved Sunday through Saturday dawn to dusk and must be vacated at dark.
2. Rental applicant has access to the reserved shelter for the time rented, unless otherwise noted and agreed upon by both parties.
3.  No one under 18 years of age is permitted to reserve the shelters. Rental applicant must provide adequate adult supervision.
4. Rental applicant is responsible for leaving the picnic shelters in a clean and orderly condition. Dispose of all waste in trash cans, wipe down all picnic tables (including seating), and clean up all spills.
5. Picnic tables that are moved must be returned to their original location.
6. The Village of Dennison is not responsible or liable for loss or damage to any personal property, or for personal injury. All personal property should be removed when you leave.
7. No alcoholic beverages are permitted in the park.
8. Please keep music and noise at an acceptable (low) volume so that it will not infringe upon other park users or adjacent neighbors.
9. No fireworks or open fires.
10. Dogs are only permitted in the park if they are on a leash and under the owner’s control (unless inside the dog park). All other pets are not permitted in the park.
11. Guests to the park are encouraged to refrain from using foul language.
12. No parking or driving in the grassy areas of the park or across the Tow-Path Trail.
13. No bounce houses or similar type amusements may be set up in the park.
14. Rental applicant will be considered the responsible party in case of damage, theft, disturbance or failure to observe all designated rules.
15. If you arrive at the shelter and it is occupied, show your rental receipt and ask them to move, if they don’t comply, contact the Police Department.
16. No staples, tape or nails shall be used to hang decor in any park shelter.

15. Rental deposit will be returned when we are notified by the attendant that the shelter house has been acceptably cleaned. Most times, this will be when you return the key, if not you will be informed.

17. All trash shall be gathered and taken to the dumpster.
