NOTICE OF HOUSING & ZONING CODE

I acknowledge the Village of Dennison has an International Property Maintenance Code (Ord. #2231) & a Village Zoning Code (Ord. #2052). I will comply with all the terms of these codes. I will post my building permit on the outside of the building or on the construction site. My project must be completed within 6 months from the date of issuance of the permit or I will file for a new building permit. I hereby declare, under penalty of the International Property Maintenance & Zoning Codes that the statements made relative to the above project described in the application for building permits is to the best of my knowledge and belief true and correct.
