Village of Dennison, Ohio Advertisement for Bids for Sale of Real Estate

The Village of Dennison, Ohio is offering certain parcels of real estate for sale to the highest and best bidder, with the Village retaining the right to reject any and all bids. The first parcel is located at 636 North 2nd Street, Dennison, Ohio (Parcel #42-01313.000). The minimum bid that may be placed for the parcel is $4,500.00. This is a buildable lot which is 46’x125’.  The second parcel is located at 91 McCook Ave. Dennison, Ohio (Parcel #42-01589-000) It is a buildable lot which is 50’x165’ The minimum bid that may be placed for the parcel is $4,500. These parcels are offered “As Is” and the Village makes no warranties concerning the condition of the parcels and titles to the parcels. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the properties prior to bidding. All bidders are hereby notified that said parcels are buildable lots. The successful bidder will be required to cover all fees associated with such transfer, including but not limited to title search fees, title insurance fees, deed preparation fees, and closing costs. Bids shall be submitted via sealed envelope, which shall be marked on the outside, “Real Estate Bid” with the address of the parcel sought. Bids shall be hand-delivered to Village Hall, 302 Grant Street, Dennison, Ohio on or before December 15, 2021 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened and read aloud at the December 16, 2021 Dennison Council meeting, which will be held at 6:15 PM.
