The Village of Dennison Police Department, located in Tuscarawas County, Ohio is seeking a qualified individual for a full-time police officer position. The qualified applicant must meet the following criteria:
*Valid Ohio operators license
*High school graduate or equivalent
*Must be a United States citizen
*Must be 19 years of age (Village Ordinance requirement)
*Current OPOTA certification
*No disqualifying misdemeanor or felony convictions
*Must be able to perform the duties of a patrol officer, including traffic and criminal investigations.
*Must be willing to work nights/weekends/holidays
*Must pass a background investigation and other pre-employment screening protocols.
*Must be physically able to perform the duties of the position as well as pass a complete physical.
